Domestic Shipping (Canada & US)

Backside Betty offers FREE shipping on all Canadian & US orders through Canada Post Expedited Service on orders over $100. All orders placed with a value less than $100 will be charged Canada Post expedited shipping rates. Items are usually shipped next business day and have a transit time of approximately 3 bus. days to major metropolitan areas, and 5 bus. days to more rural areas. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. Please note that while Canada Post 2-5 Day Expedited is fast and usually ships next business day, the arrival time is not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, you may purchase upgraded shipping options at an additional charge. Shipping to the US often is delayed due to customs so please be patient as we cannot do anything to speed up this process.

Rural Route Locations

BacksideBettty ships to Rural Route locations but additional time in required for shipping. Please expect 2-3 days in additional shipping time due to the rural location.

International Shipping Costs and Methods

International orders are typically shipped via Canada Post and are usually delivered between 5-10 business days, depending on available international shipping options for selected destination country. Border delays can occur and we are not responsible for the days this causes.

Please note: International customers are responsible for customs and import duties.

International shipping charges are based on several factors, including total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination. All additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fee, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Backside Betty cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check the customs house of your respective country to determine if any additional charges will be applied to your order. Canada Post assumes responsibility for these charges and then bills the recipients accordingly.

If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to us at our own expense. We will then deduct the charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.

Shipping Restrictions

Because we use Canada Post for delivery, we are unable to deliver to International APO/FPO addresses as well as P.O. Boxes in many cases.
